No account is required to submit a quote request. Repeat customers can log in to track orders, invoices, revisions, and downloads.

When you request a free embroidery design, we collect your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country, state or province, company name (if provided), the design you requested, and basic attribution data (the page you came from and any campaign source). This information is used to provide the download, respond if you need help, and protect the download system from automated abuse.

We separately ask whether you'd like to receive occasional embroidery tips, offers, and service updates. That marketing consent is optional and is never required to receive your free design.

We do not sell customer information. Information may be shared only as needed to operate the website, communicate with you, process project work, confirm payment, or comply with a valid request.

Please do not upload unrelated sensitive documents. Artwork files should only include materials needed for the project review.
