Orbit Punch Digitizing provides embroidery digitizing, vector artwork, embroidery patch support, DTF print artwork preparation, and graphic work for customers in the United States and worldwide.

By submitting a quote, order, upload, or account request, you agree to provide accurate contact details, project notes, artwork ownership or usage rights, and production requirements.

Submitting artwork does not guarantee that a project has started. The team reviews artwork, scope, file condition, timing, and final format needs before confirming the next step.

Digitizing and vector timing is confirmed after artwork review and scope confirmation. Rush orders are available when timing, artwork, and file requirements allow.

No account is required to submit a quote request. Repeat customers may use the dashboard to track orders, invoices, revisions, proof actions, and downloads.

Customers are responsible for keeping login details secure and for notifying the team if account information needs to be updated.

Payment is required before final file delivery. Final files are delivered after payment confirmation and after the team confirms the correct final formats for the project.

Payment instructions may support PayPal or Stripe after review. The Orbit Punch Digitizing team confirms the available method for the approved project or invoice.
