Refund Policy

Orbit Punch Digitizing prepares digital production files and artwork services. Completed digital file orders may not be refundable once final files are delivered unless there is a verified issue.

A verified issue may include a confirmed delivery problem or a project issue that does not match the approved scope.

If a project has not started or final files have not been delivered, contact the team as soon as possible to discuss the order status.

Refund or cancellation handling depends on project progress, communication history, and whether work has already been completed.

If there is a problem with final files, the team may review the issue and may provide a correction, revision, replacement file, or other reasonable resolution.

Major artwork direction changes after completion may require a new quote instead of a refund.
