Free minor changes and free unlimited revisions are available when the requested changes stay within the confirmed project scope and approved artwork direction.
Major artwork direction changes, new artwork concepts, new placement requirements, large size changes, or a different final use may require a new quote.
The team will review the requested change and confirm whether it can be handled as a revision or should be quoted as new work.
Repeat customers can request revisions from the dashboard when revision tools are available for an order. Other customers can contact the team with the order or quote details and a clear revision note.
Clear notes, screenshots, size details, thread color notes, and placement details help the team review revisions faster.
